We want you to feel confident buying Tranvox. This policy explains when refunds apply and how to request one.
The Free plan carries no charge. No payment is collected, so no refund applies.
If you are not satisfied after upgrading to a paid plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial payment for that plan. This applies once per subscription tier.
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund if requested within 14 days of the initial annual payment. After that window, annual plans are non-refundable but remain active until the end of the billing period.
Refunds are not available in the following situations:
Email us at support@tranvox.com with the subject line 'Refund Request'. Include your registered email address and the date of the charge. We aim to review all requests within 3 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically trigger a refund — the 14-day policy above applies. Your account remains active until the end of the current paid period.
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of Tranvox after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
